On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Burgettstown Area High School standout Eric Kovach’s current college team, the Salem Tigers, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the California Vulcans.
The game took place at Wild Things Park. This was their first matchup against the Vulcans this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 12 p.m. at Frank Loria Memorial Field against Walsh Cavaliers.
