Charleroi Councilman Celaschi on Prosperity Services scandal: ‘What happened to the illegal aliens?’
Larry Celaschi, a Charleroi councilman, is calling for answers about the fate of undocumented workers following the July 23 sentencing of contractor Andy Ha, who was convicted of harboring at least 25 immigrants and failing to pay millions in employment taxes.
