On Friday, Feb. 21, former Peters Township High School standouts Jack Kail and Sam Miller’s current college team, the Columbia Lions, won 10-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kennesaw State Owls.

The game took place at S. Walter Kelly Sr. Memorial Field. This was their first matchup against the Owls this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at S. Walter Kelly Sr. Memorial Field against Kennesaw State Owls.
