Representative Tim O’Neal announced that his office will hold two Property Tax/Rent Rebate Clinics in March. The first clinic is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, at the Claysville Community Center from 10 a.m. to noon, in partnership with Representative Josh Kail. The second clinic will take place on Tuesday, March 17, at the Donora Senior Center from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“No one should pay for assistance in completing the program’s application,” O’Neal said. “I’m pleased to be able to have my staff out in the community to make it easier to apply.”

The clinics are open to Pennsylvanians who are at least 65 years old, widows and widowers aged 50 or older, and individuals aged 18 or older with disabilities. Rebates are available based on property taxes and rent paid last year. This year’s income limit is $48,110, and the maximum rebate is $1,000.

Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are asked to bring identification, proof of income for 2025, and either a signed rent certificate or paid property tax receipts.

O’Neal represents parts of Washington County as a Republican in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (official website). He maintains district and Capitol offices in Washington and Harrisburg (official website). O’Neal has also served as Republican Whip in the Pennsylvania House (official website) and took office following a special election in May 2018 (official website).

The legislative district includes several municipalities within Washington County.
