On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Peters Township High School standout Sami Bewick’s current college team, the Ohio State Buckeyes, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.

The game took place at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Crimson Tide this season.

The Buckeyes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium against Evansville Purple Aces.
