On Saturday, March 1, former West Greene High School standout Kaden Shields’ current college team, the Wheeling Cardinals, lost 14-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Chester Golden Rams.

The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Rams this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 9:30 a.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex against St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.
