Of the 430 people living in Long Branch in 2020, 52.8 percent (227) were women and 47.2 percent (203) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southwest PA News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 33. In the 65 and over age range, there were 45 females and 48 males.
