Of the 8,815 people living in Canonsburg in 2020, 53.7 percent (4,738) were women and 46.3 percent (4,077) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southwest PA News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 226. In the 65 and over age range, there were 943 females and 556 males.
