Of the 2,062 people living in Midway in 2019, 51.2 percent (1,055) were women and 48.8 percent (1,007) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southwest PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 686-to-634. In the 65 and over age range, there were 264 females and 181 males.
