Hopewell Township recently issued the following announcement.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Hopewell Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, intends to consider for its adoption at a public meeting to be held on Monday, August 09, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building located at 20 Parkview Road, Avella, Pennsylvania 15312, the following Ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE OF HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP (“TOWNSHIP”), WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BACKSTOPS, TARGETS, ETC. AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF.
This Ordinance shall be known as the “Hopewell Township Shooting Range Ordinance of 2021”
The public is welcome to provide comments or ask questions. A copy of this Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Office of the Secretary/Treasurer of Hopewell Township, during regular business hours and the Law Library in the Washington County Courthouse, Pennsylvania, and the Observer Reporter, each day until adoption.
