Saint Andrew the Apostle Parish recently issued the following announcement.
Holy Rosary Confraternity Installation
October 3rd is Rosary Sunday. All members of the Confraternity are asked to attend the 8:30am Mass. We will pray the Rosary at 8:10am followed by mass. Our annual fellowship meeting will be in the Parish Hall immediately following mass. We are a group that welcomes new members. All are welcome: men, women and children. As a Rosarian we pray the rosary each day. There are no officers and no meetings, except for once a year on Rosary Sunday (first Sunday in October) we attend mass as a group and have a fellowship afterward in the parish hall. When member of our confraternity passes away, we try and meet at the funeral home and pray the Rosary for our deceased brother or sister. We operate on a phone tree to notify our members. The dues are $3.00 per year. This money is used for flowers for the Blessed Mother for masses for our deceased members and for the yearly fellowship. Please consider becoming a member of this worthwhile group. We graciously welcome new members! All current members who have not been previously installed and wish to do so, or anyone wanting information to join is asked to call the parish office and leave their name and phone number by Friday, October 1st.
