Statement of hearing purpose – the Franklin Township Board of Trustees will consider amendments to the Franklin Township Zoning Resolution as presented by the Franklin Township Zoning Commission and the Portage County Regional Planning Commission. The Trustees will consider changes to:
Chapter6, section 601.01.A.56.N.8 Landscaping within Planned Unit Developments, also
Chapter6, section 601.01.A.56.N.3.b requirements for an accessory building in aPlanned Unit Development, and
A proposed map amendment that would rezone the following parcels to R-2:
Parcel #12-019-00-00-002-000 currently zoned C-1 & R-1
Parcel #12-019-00-00-002-001 currently zoned C-1
Resolution2021-22 A resolution accepting and approving the Zoning Resolution Amendments to Chapter 6, section601.01.A.56.N.8.
Resolution 2021-23 A resolution accepting and approving the Zoning Resolution Amendments to Chapter 6, section 601.01.A.56.N.3.b.
