St. John XXIII Men’s Club Meeting - Monday, November 8
Guest Speaker: Susan Ruther
Director of Meals on Wheels
The St. John’s Men’s Club (Ben’s Men) has scheduled their monthly meeting for Monday, November 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm. It will take place at the St. Benedict Activities Center with a rosary, business meeting, a meal, and a speaker.
Our guest speaker will be Susan Ruther, the Director of Meals on Wheels of Peters Township. She will provide insight to her 32 years in helping to nourish the body and soul of local families in need of a helping hand. Many of our parishioners have helped the Peters Township Meals on Wheels during this time.
A gourmet meal will be prepared by our Men’s Club member, Richard Golembiewski and the Men Club Barbequers.
All members and parishioners interested in becoming a member, or those just want to be our guest to see what we do at our meetings are welcome. We currently have members and guests from all three churches in our grouping. It would be great to see you there! There are no costs or dues to attend, just a little bit of your time.
There will be special dedication and observance for Veteran’s Day and for the members who passed over the last year.
